One ZIP with an eight-page US Letter PDF, an eight-page A4 PDF, an editable HTML workbook with 24 writing fields, and instructions. The two PDFs contain the same eight pages formatted for different paper sizes.
How to use it
Extract the ZIP. Print your preferred PDF size, or open the HTML workbook in a modern desktop browser. Save answers exports a JSON backup; Load answers restores it. Print / Save PDF creates a completed copy. No subscription or account is required. Answers are not saved automatically. Mobile local-file support varies; the PDFs are the simplest mobile option.
