About these terms

Creator Supply Co. is the storefront brand for the digital products sold in this store. These terms describe shopping for and using digital products from Creator Supply Co. Read them together with the applicable product description, product-specific license or use instructions, our Use Permissions page, our Refunds and Download Support page, and our Privacy Policy. Contact us through our support page with questions about a product or an existing order.

Digital products and compatibility

Our products are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped. Review the product page before ordering for the included files, number of pages or templates, paper sizes, software requirements and permitted uses.

File formats vary. A printable PDF is not an editable template or interactive form unless the product description expressly says so. A product includes Word, Excel, Canva, Google-hosted or other editable materials only when its description specifically identifies those materials. Third-party software, accounts and subscriptions are not included unless expressly stated.

A ZIP archive must be extracted before the included files are opened. Use software compatible with the listed file formats. Importing files into other applications may change fonts, layout, page breaks or formulas. Review imported documents and calculations before relying on them. Product-specific instructions remain the guide to the files supplied with your purchase.

Orders, prices and promotions

Review your selected products, quantities, applied discounts and the final checkout total before placing an order. The amount shown at checkout includes the taxes or other charges displayed for that transaction. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases; an advertised promotion is subject to its displayed eligibility rules and expiration time.

Provide an accurate email address so that order communications and download information can reach you. Contact support about an incorrect charge or duplicate purchase. We do not promise a discount that the checkout has not accepted.

Access to your files

After successful payment, use the download information supplied for your order and follow the applicable download instructions. Keep your order email and save a copy of the purchased files for your own permitted use. A download problem should be reported to support rather than resolved by purchasing the same product again.

For a missing link, check your spam or junk folder and contact us through our support page with your order number, product name and a brief description of the problem. For trouble opening a file, include the device and software involved. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or other sensitive credentials.

Permitted use and ownership

The rights supplied with a purchase are the rights stated on its product page and in its applicable license. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the original designs or source materials.

Our general permission is for the purchaser's personal planning or internal work, including working printouts and saved completed copies. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly share, give away or sublicense the original files or templates, or claim authorship of the original work.

Product-specific permissions must be respected. For example, the Career bundle expressly permits sending your own completed correspondence and invoices for their intended purpose; that permission does not allow resale or distribution of editable source templates, uncustomized pages, worksheets or packs as client deliverables. Where a product explicitly grants a different permitted use, follow that product's stated permission rather than assuming a general statement removes it. Contact support before making a use that is not covered by the stated license.

Download problems and refund requests

Our Refunds and Download Support page describes how to request help. Report a missing download, damaged file, incorrect charge, duplicate purchase or product that does not match its description. We review requests individually and work toward an appropriate solution, which may include download assistance, a replacement file or a refund.

These terms do not create a blanket “all sales final” rule and do not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law. There are no physical goods to return.

Product limitations

The products are planning, learning, organizational and creative tools as described on their respective pages. They do not guarantee employment, income, educational progress, business results or other particular outcomes. They are not a substitute for qualified professional advice where that is needed. Follow applicable product-specific instructions and safety notices.

Names of third-party software or services identify compatibility or intended use; they do not by themselves establish sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.

Appropriate use of the store

Do not use the store to engage in fraud, compromise its security, interfere with other users or violate applicable law or another person's rights. Protect any account credentials you choose to create. Do not submit payment credentials or passwords through support messages.

Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains the personal-information practices described for the store and how to exercise applicable privacy choices. Using order support does not itself subscribe you to marketing. Contact us through our support page.

Changes

Changes to prices, policies or products must not be presented as retroactively removing rights associated with an earlier purchase. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply.
